UX/UI Designer with 3 years of experience. Graduated in Law. Finishing the higher education course in Systems Analysis and Development. Taking courses and training in order to stay updated and prepared for the opportunities that arise. I have experience in the entire process of improving user experience and usability, specifically in information architecture (diagrams and flowcharts of functionalities, use cases, interactions), user research, usability testing, desk research, interface prototyping, Design System support, documentation of the entire process, communication with stakeholders, direct communication with Design Ops, etc. I worked on the process of improving the user experience in digital products from various B2B and B2C sectors. In the health sector, with the creation of a telemedicine/teleconsultation application. In the education and online teaching sector with the creation of a mobile application for problem solving, and the creation of an online teaching web system with two versions, the student version and the administrative version for managing the courses offered. In BPMS management software and B2B electronic and digital signature software. In addition, I redesigned a website for a company in the Agribusiness sector. I did an analysis and redesign of the financial system as a case study. Finally, I briefly contributed to the prototyping of a mobile application for the Telecommunications sector.
